reflections

~ while unravelling ~
looking at the world reflected, reflections reflected, and myself reflected i realised that even though not a lot happened this week, i was constantly feeling extremely stressed. must be because i was pushing so hard to actually take a picture of my own reflection. and felt ridiculous while trying.
in the end i gave up and i'm hoping that i can relax again soon. i've decided (with some inspiration from some of the awe-inspiring fellow students) that it's ok. i will do my best but i wont push myself to the point of feeling ridiculous again. so now i can sit back and smile with some of the pictures i actually did take:

mosaic

inspired by some of the fantastic & artistic blogs out there, i thought i'd do the flickr mosaic. only i twisted the questions a tiny bit... here are the questions i used:

3. Where did you grow up?
4. What is your favourite colour?
5. Favourite drink?
6. Dream vacation?
7. Favourite dessert?
8. Favourite place on this planet?
9. What do you want to be when you grow up?
10.What do you love most in life?
11. One word to describe you?
12. Your blog name.
if you want to do a mosaic yourself and don't know how:
- type your answer to each of the questions into flickr search.
- using only the first page of results, choose your favourite image.
- copy and paste each of the URL’s into the mosaic maker set for 3 columns, 4 rows.
- go!
i also tried to opt for pix that, apart from answering the question, carried additional metaphorical meaning for things-i-love-about life... but then this game really ends up taking a lot of time.
... and i'd absolutely love to see your result!!! i reckon this is perfect for playing. so please comment with a link if you too feel up for some mosaic time...
