Staying Alive

sun, water, feed and some quiet time - that was the recipe. maybe that'll make us survive but surely we cannot grow on such simple nourishment. i hesitate to write 'love' yet we do need warmth that has more consciousness than sun shine... for the last week i've been nourished to the point of bursting; sun, water, food and a steady flow of that extra special human sun shine.

a sister and a friend. a woman and a man. not just any woman but the strongest, toughest and most radiant little Woman. not just any man but a very clever, funny and caring Man with a gigantic heart.
thank you for helping me stay.

Kathrine; thank you ever so much!

Miss Canthus; this is such a thrill!
a) this was my thought when i did that shot - intriguing when you see something abstract, keep it to yourself, and then a total stranger sees the same!!!
b) i love ferns but this was like a dream - a whole greenhouse full of them! gigantic ones, touching the high ceiling...
c) a comment from you takes me right back to sweet memories of the fern landscapes in BC
d) well... i guess everyone likes a compliment ;-)
