Slumdog Millionaire Fan, I Am

i'll watch this movie again. i'll buy the soundtrack, make the t-shirt and i'll watch it again.

being a fan of India, masala style, the movie Trainspotting, M.I.A. and love stories, i knew i had to see this one. yet massive expectations can be dangerous so i didn't want to know too much about the movie before i went. i had no idea about the plot and was completely and utterly engaged as the story soared higher and higher with drama, intensity and clues fitting together like bowls on a perfect thali plate.

do watch it, for the great story, the feeling of hope, the fascinating depiction of this great country, the wonderful acting and for the high you might feel when you dance out of the cinema. and yes, do watch it in the cinema - the audio side of it is just too marvelous to get lost.

anybody feel up for the cinema tonight?
